Save Time With A FREE Adjustment Layer for Final Cut Pro X

If you are coming to Final Cut Pro from pretty much any other NLE (Non Linear Editor), you may have possibly been banging your head against the wall trying to figure out how to create an adjustment layer for clips on your timeline. Well, let me be the bearer of bad news, there is no such thing!

Well, that is a half truth, Apple do not provide (at the time of writing) an adjustment layer, but I have figured out a way around this. I'm not going to put you to sleep explaining the hows or whys, just rest assured, there is a way and I have it here.

Below, is the adjustment layer you need and it is a free download, just add it to your cart and checkout. No payment necessary!

Installation Instructions:

If you want to know how to install plugins, you can watch this video.

NOTE: You must Install the adjustment layer in your "Titles" folder. It's the only way to work around FCPX not having built in adjustment layers.
